Garuda Puran

The Garuda Purana is one of the eighteen Puranas and are part of the Hindu religion texts known as Smriti. It is also a Vaishnava purana. This epic is in the form of a conversation between Lord Vishnu and Garuda (King of Birds) an primarily emphasize reason about real meaning of human life.
